Founded in 1999, Nakayama City's Yuen Winning Metals Products Ltd. is located in the Triangular Town of Nakayama City, and is a sophisticated factory for the professional production of domestic shelf, simple closets and commercial line racks. Exports to more than 80 countries, mainly Japan, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia and South America. The product has been certified by the United States of America NSF and the SGS product tested, and the plant has been reviewed by the BSCI and BV, TARGET and others. In addition to this, our brand, Welland Kawarai, has become a well-known brand in the Chinese region, known as China’s foreign goods brand and China’s brand quality. The existing plant covers an area of 42,000 square metres, with 260 employees plus more than 1,000 40-foot containers exported annually, has an automated production line process and an automated production line for plating and powdering, using an ERP system for the management of sectoral processes. Processes such as production, surface treatment, inspection of packaging and export declarations are performed independently by the winning plant. Seventy per cent of the equipment consists of current state-of-the-art automated production equipment, such as fully automated dragon-gate welders, machine-man CO2 welders, etc. Plants are equipped with automated surface treatment production lines, which can be produced with electroplating chromium, powder, zinc plating + zinc plating + paint, etc.
